Weekend Schedule

Rehearsal Dinner: 6 PM to 8 PM

  • Old Course Pavilion (by invitation)

Welcome Party: 8 PM to 10 PM

  • Old Course Pavilion (all guests welcome!)

  • Shuttles will transport guests to the Old Course Pavilion. Service will begin at 7:45 PM and run every 15 minutes until all guests have arrived. Kindly meet the shuttle just outside the front entrance.

Thursday, June 4th

Ceremony: 5 PM

  • East Lawn

  • Please arrive promptly by 4:45 PM so we can begin the ceremony on time.

Cocktail Hour: 6 PM to 7 PM

  • Jefferson Parlor

  • Guests will be guided inside to the Jefferson Parlor by our planning staff.

Reception: 7 PM to 11 PM

  • Crystal Ballroom

Friday, June 5th

Farewell Brunch: 10 AM to 1 PM

  • The Tower Suite (located across from Martha’s Market and the Washington Library)

  • Light bites will be served until 11:30 AM
